Ilex aquifolium ‘J.C. Van Tol’

Albero o arbusto sempreverde con fusti di color porpora scuro e foglie di color verde scuro, ellittiche, increspate, lunghe fino a 8 cm. Piccoli fiori e grandi bacche di color rosso brillante in quantità molto abbondante.

‘J.C. van Tol’ is a small evergreen tree or shrub with purple young shoots and ovate, dark green leaves,  almost spineless. Flowers small, dull white; berries large and abundant, bright red.
