Styrax japonicus

Styrax japonicus è un albero deciduo di dimensioni abbastanza ampie con un’altezza compresa tra 4 e 7 metri, con rami estesi e foglie ovate che in autunno virano al giallo e arancio. Abbondanti fiori bianchi a campanella, larghi circa 15mm, con stami gialli.

Styrax japonicus is an elegant medium-sized deciduous tree, height  between 4 and 7 m,  with spreading branches with finely-pointed ovate leaves turning yellow and orange in autumn. Bell-shaped white flowers 15mm in width, with yellow stamens, borne in profusion beneath the branches.
